Terms Of play

Entry Requirements

Entry to this event is £5 per participant and must be purchased in advance via the Rare Find Cards & Games website. Participants must provide their correct Discord username at checkout.
Entry to the event Discord channel will be granted using the username supplied. If an incorrect or invalid Discord username is provided, access will not be granted and no refund will be issued.

Access to the Event

The tournament will take place within our private Discord server on the stated date and time.

Access is granted only to confirmed ticket holders whose payment has been successfully completed.

Entry is non-transferable unless agreed in writing prior to the event.

Punctuality

The competition will begin promptly at the advertised start time.

Participants must be present in the designated Discord channel and ready to play at the start time.

Late arrivals may be refused entry at the discretion of Rare Find Cards & Games. No refund will be issued for failure to attend on time.

Deck Requirements

Participants must bring and use their own legal One Piece Card Game deck.

All decks must comply with official One Piece Card Game rules and current format restrictions at the time of play.

Rare Find Cards & Games reserves the right to request deck verification before or during the tournament.

Fair Play & Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully and in the spirit of fair competition.

Cheating, rule manipulation, abusive behaviour, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification.

Any participant found breaching official game rules or acting dishonestly will forfeit their entry fee and may be removed from future events.

Tournament Structure

The format, number of rounds, and match rules will be confirmed prior to the start of the event.

All decisions made by Rare Find Cards & Games regarding match outcomes, disputes, and rule interpretations are final.

Prizes

Prizes will be awarded as stated on the event listing.

Store credit prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Rare Find Cards & Games reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value if necessary.

Technical Issues

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and suitable device to participate.

Rare Find Cards & Games cannot be held responsible for disconnections, technical failures, or equipment issues on the participant’s side.

Refund Policy

Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Rare Find Cards & Games.

If the event is cancelled, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their entry to a rescheduled date.

Right to Amend

Rare Find Cards & Games reserves the right to amend these Terms of Play where necessary to ensure fairness, compliance, or the smooth running of the event.
