Grading is subjective, and we do not guarantee that any card will receive a specific grade if submitted to a third-party grading service.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are subject to release dates provided by manufacturers and may change.

Estimated release dates are not guaranteed. If a pre-order is cancelled by the supplier, you will receive a full refund.

Pre-order payments may be taken at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds
