Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be sent the next working day.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

EU: 3–10 working days
Worldwide: 7–21 working days

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help you file a claim with Royal Mail.
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by postal services or customs
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Events outside our control (e.g. weather disruptions or strikes)

Returns

Not happy with your order? No problem. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund for the item(s) – excluding the original shipping fee.
